Karri is a certified massage therapist and a trained doula through Sierra Childbirth Institute.   

"I know that childbirth can be an empowering experience for both the mother and her partner and I aim to assist you in creating the environment most supportive of your birth plan for a safe and positive birth experience. As a mother of two I draw upon my personal experience as a birthing woman and a trained doula to provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support before, during childbirth and postpartum.
